After much searching - yours is about the only video to offer a way of correcting any bad posture! Lots tell you how you should do it - but thankfully now after watching this video, I can start to correct my bad posture and get to the point where I can do 'back against the wall - wall angels' - thank you Dr. !

What about doing the exercise on the floor (floor angel)? That way, it should be easy to keep your head, shoulders, and hips in a straight line.Okay, throw in "thoracic" if you want. Do four points (head, shoulders, thoracic, and hips) have to touch, or only three (head, shoulders, and hips)? Is there a difference? Aren't three and four really the same?

Hey, I just did your exercise. It wasn't easy, but I know that, by using it, I will eventually be able to do the wall angel exercise properly and without strain. Same with Floor angel, I think, and with less effort. (Thu Jun 16, 2022)

Just saw a chiropractor. This exercise is to reduce rounded shoulders...reducing the “hump” created by bad posture.

cheers for that. When I do the angel walls by sliding my arms, I feel a deep pain in my chest/sternum/upper back between the scapula. Is that normal ? By doing this progression, the pain isn't activated as much bt I feel the upper back stretch all the same (ding the arms fully extended over my head).

what are the reasons that most people cant get it above their shoulder level? which area is tight ? ive been doing this exercise for 5 months now almost daily. still cant get it past my shoulders
