Remember, the police said you are under arrest for breaking into a home. The police never said you are being detained for suspicion of breaking into a home. You are always assumed guilty, and you must prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are innocent. Funny though, I have always thought that a person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I guess the law is discriminatory.
