I hate the idea of assuming that a pastor is innocent and harmless. "Pastor" is just a job title. It doesn't indicate anything about the person. A pastor in my town got arrested and convicted for sexually assaulting children from his church. And there have certainly been a lot of other pastors who did horrible things.
