Tip for flip belts: put your phone in a ziplock bag so it doesn’t get sweaty 😁

QOD: Got a pair of AfterShokz for Christmas and have been loving them. Being able to hear cars/bikes/ice cream trucks coming from behind has made me feel much safer.

QD: Gotta say my running got more fun after getting my Garmin Forerunner 245 Music. I love to be able leaving my phone at home and can still record pace, heartrate, cadens, length etc. I feel more free running without my phone! Best buy I ever did: A runners Watch!

I’m so glad I watched this video. I’ve never heard of a slant board but just ordered one. Hopefully it will help with my shin splints and runners knee!

Falke socks are a must for me they are protective but at the same time minimalistic

I've ran without a watch through high school until about a month ago. I ended up buying a friends old vivioactive for 20 bucks. Dont know how I was doing it before.

It calls “naked belt” which is basically a belt around tour waist for your phone, gels, keys, and flex bottle. Just amazing:)

A few things!

1. STRYD Foot Pod. I love it, it has became a huge part of my running this year and personally, have improved very quickly compared to the last 10 years of running.
2. Breville Espresso Duo-Temp Pro (great for a entry level to moderate experience) and Grinder. A cup of coffee became too heavy in my stomach (8oz). When I switched to espresso (4oz) I found that that is sufficient enough without all the liquid.. and more caffeine...
3. Bose Sport True Wireless earbuds. Connecting them to a Apple Watch is a very freeing way to listen to whatever you want. You don’t have to carry anything and have all the control on your wrist! And the Bose have been great for 2 years now! No complaints!
4. Squirrels Nut Butter.
5. Oakley EV Path Polarized PRISM. Makes colors pop and they DON’T FOG!! I highly suggest.

QOD - Fenix 5X and Squirrel Nut Butter!

Seth I love your vlog but I wish you’d consider directing viewers to their local running shop rather than Amazon. Lots of shops are doing online orders with curbside pick up. They could use community support now more than ever.

A buff has yet one more handy use: if it gets warm and you no longer need it on your head or neck, double-wrap it around your wrist (double by twisting) and use it to wipe sweat, nose or whatever. QOD: my Garmin Forerunner 35. I needed the most basic information only and it fits the bill. I have a sunglasses question for everyone, though—I only wear glasses for distance and not even always then, but since I use sunglasses to drive (as well as running outside) both of mine have correction for distance. They are good quality but not running-specific. Do people buy these running shades and then get prescription lenses put in? Martha

One piece that’s really helping me is my Aftershokz Titanium Headphones. They allow me to hear oncoming vehicles, and bikers, and just anything around me since they are open ear design. Also allows for listening to audiobooks and hearing the sounds of nature around me on my longer runs.

I just got the Jaybird Vista headphones a couple of weeks ago and love them!

Territory Run is a solid company with great customer service, I’m running in the same socks and they are my go-to especially during the winter. They are durable and comfortable. Washed many times, should get another pair, their clothes are also very nice, great fabric, soft and very cool looking, support the company.
