100% agree with getting a race booked in for motivation! I started running in January 2023 then ran a half in May 2023 and now I am doing the Paris Marathon in April 2024! I recommend this to everyone who wants to build a consistent habit with running:)

As a high arch girlie I love my Hokkas but also as a thick thigh girlie I find it so hard to find shorts that don’t ride up, therefore imma give the ones you rec a try. Also, I run to classical music. I find it calms me down whereas if I listen to intense beats, they make me feel overwhelmed. Solid video babe! 👏🏼
