My Gram taught me how to " clabber" fresh milk with lemon juice back in the 1960s. Its been around and works well. We were making oatmeal muffins. I worked in the UK and my best friend, Val, lives in Leeds. We email almost every day and have fun sharing recipes. I am glad to see someone else using shelving that is "chock o block" full of herb, spices and kitchen goods.
