What’s going on guys and welcome to already the 15th Episode of Thirteenth Challenges! This week’s challenge will be The Single Leg Square Jump Challenge!

So our aim for this challenge is to improve our coordination and endurance, while skipping on one foot. We’re jumping in a square, starting with the foot of choice. Then when you’ve completed the square into one direction, you switch feet and complete it to the other direction, until you get to 30 sec!
