It's not the miracles that prove a prophet to be true. For even the antichrist and or false prophet will show signs and wonders. The way the Bible tells us to spot a false prophet is if their prophecies don't come to pass. Jesus prophesied about the destruction of the temple within that generation. That prophecy came true. So Jesus was a true prophet. But He was more than just that. God dwelt fully in the body of Christ. He is the image of the invisible God. He is God in the flesh.

Only problem is, John the Baptist never did any miracles and Jesus said he was the greatest prophet to ever have lived. And false prophets can do miracles, just look at the beast out of the earth in Revelation 13 who calls fire down from heaven. Miracles are not the test of a true prophet.

I enjoy your narratives in your videos, you seem to have a great heart for Jesus, very sound doctrine in general, the one thing though I did notice is you seem to think the lake of fire is eternal punishment it is not, eternal punishment for temporal sin, it would be unjust to punish someone for eternity for temporal sin, one way I like to understand it is sin is its own punishment, ie dont stick paperclips in the electrical outlet, so when you say one five minute sin results in a billion trillion years of punishment you are basically indicating that you think Jesus does unjust things which he does not.

The lake of fire is where peoples remains are cremated and they cease to exist after they die. Also your hell narrative is almost as bad as your lake of fire narrative, they are both wildly inaccurate narratives, hell/heaven spiritual state for the soul after the mortal frame withers is a spiritual state that reflects the portion of the spirit of life the holy spirit the kingdom of heaven that they had in their lives, so the wicked by cause and effect their choices have less of the living water the holy spirit to comfort their souls while they await the resurrection, which is why the rich man was thirsty, he was thirsty for more of the spirit of life the holy spirit the kingdom of heaven to sustain and comfort his soul. It is cause and effect, god isnt inventing ways of punishing people for thousands of years their souls in hell awaiting the resurrection because they lied once as a 13 year old 6, 000 years ago and then died. Jesus loves justice, he is not unjust, and he has mercy, we are all treated better than we deserve.

The self propagating trauma based mind control eternal suffering in hell and then the lake of fire narratives are man made doctrines designed to keep the churchs full of donors.
I used to believe in the eternal punishment narrative rationalizing that perhaps the soul cannot cease to exist, but the real issue is justice, the god of the bible Jesus Christ loves justice, and nothing could be more unjust than actively punishing someone for a billion million quintillion years for sinning once over 5 minutes.

Just a couple of things,
1 Prophets make mistakes,
2. It is written that there are many false Christs/prophets that do many miracles, we cannot test a prophet by miracles.
I love Christ and continue to do my best to keep his commandments.
