As Boeing machinists hit the picket lines on Friday, local businesses near the manufacturing plant are already feeling the financial strain. Pickets appeared across the area from Renton to Everett after workers voted against a new contract, and the impact on nearby businesses is becoming increasingly evident.

Last night history was made for the workers rights labor movement to put propaganda out like this is a pretty low move. Considering it’s union workers supporting your family’s business it would be nice to see the community do the same! If you support the strike those union members will ALWAYS PUT YOUR SHOP AT THE TOP OF THE LIST! Please don’t forget these people standing on the picket line are sacrificing their income so others can survive this inflation it’s been 16 years since they got a contract 16 years of inflation not keeping up with the times! Put pressure where it belongs ON BOEING TO STOP BREAKING THE LAW AND GIVE THEIR EMPLOYEES A TRUE HISTORICAL CONTRACT so they can survive and your business can THRIVE!
