One piece of advice I disagree with is finding help to do the labor for you. I've had a seasonal side hustle of fall leaf removal for many years now. I have a small, high sided trailer, large tarps and 3 backpack leaf blowers. My mother-in-law lets me dump the leaves in the low spot on her back 40.
