Newborn handprints or footprints are perfect for parents who lost their baby. I have a friend who lost her babies 15+ years ago, and the footprint tattoos bring her comfort.

I always thought tattoos are memories, just because something isn't trendy anymore or the tattoo gets blurry doesn't mean that it's value as a memory disappears.

I have lots of dumb and blurring/fading tattoos. I don’t really feel any regret. They are all part of who I was at one point in time and remind me of where I was at different times in my life.
