If you get nervous about going places or going somewhere new you likely have social anxiety. Social phobia symptoms, as it's technically called, describes people who have high anxiety around others. Here are 3 tips to help with social anxiety.

Great tips! My girlfriend has social anxiety and I hafta tell her a week ahead of time if we are going anywhere like that just so she can mentally prepare herself.

Hello sir John! I agree with your first tip, to pace yourself. I usually get stressed when I go out with my husband specially in the shopping malls because he is always in a hurry and he walks too fast. I am his total opposite, I just want to relax when I am walking. I can't catch his pace because he walks too fast and most of the time, he lets me walk fast too so as to keep up with him. I don't like that and it makes me feel uneasy and anxious. So should I adjust with his pace? Or should I go with my own pace? Hoping for your response. Thank you.
