Lactose intolerance can make milk toxic to humans. Is it weird for wanting to drink the milk of other animals? Ross Exton of the Live Science Team visits University of Bristol's Wyndhurst Farm to explore how cows have changed the course of human evolution.

Dairy is a huge part of Indian Cuisine - yoghurt, ghee, milk etc are everyday staples.

The majority of the population are also able to consume dairy. I hate videos such as these which advocate incorrect facts.

Milk and milk products have been part of traditional Indian diet... majority of Indians, especially North Indians have milk every day. As a vegetarian Indian, milk is my main source of protein, and I drink up to a litre a day.

I guess the genetic stuff was interesting but I found it still a bit cringeworthy seeing how unethical the whole dairy-industry is.. It just doesn't sound quite right that we've literally made cows 50% bigger, so that they produce more milk (whilst eating more and consuming our resources).. And you didn't quite go into the whole thing with artificial insemination to keep the cows constantly pregnant so that they would keep giving their milk to us and not their babies.. 
I know it sounds like a load of hippie bullshit and I guess it's a whole different topic really, but I just thought this was a bit of an over-glorification of the dairy industry.

Humans are by far the most advanced animal in the world so must be doing something right

i like milk and i drink it but the reason the "mutation" happened is because of natural selection, because our diet was based on milk one of 3 things happened: a) we practically unawarely poisoned
people who couldnt digest, ergo they didnt reproduce.

b) people who drank milk survived longer to reproduce

c)if you never stop drinking milk as baby to adult you never loose the ability to digest it

as long as you dont fart you shouldnt stop eating or drinking any type of food
