This lady literally saved my life,
I've been so depressed for years, struggling with acne since 9, and now even though I still have some acne, it's relieving not being suffocated with acne anymore✨
Thank you for your advice✨

The CeraVe SA line contains lactic acid, for anyone looking for a gentle option. I use their SA wash and the SA cream that comes in a tub and they work great

I tried the benzoyl peroxide last week in the shower, applied to my underarms and allowed to sit for a few minutes. Worked a 10 hour shift, the difference is absolutely, 100% game changing.

I don't have to reapply deodorant throughout the day anymore, I feel like it actually does what it's supposed to now! All the years of searching for a deodorant that worked- and all I needed was this soap! THANK YOU

I did the Latisse on my brows and didn’t pluck for a year. They are gorgeous now!

I’ve been using Benzoyl Peroxide under my arms for a few months and have noticed a huge difference 😊 BUT LET IT SIT on your skin a few minutes. It’s an Active Ingredient which means it needs time to do its thing! So I wash under my arms, leave it then shave my legs. After my legs are shaved then I’ll rinse under my arms.

Being 61, and a natural Blonde (no Grey hair yet) my Eyebrows are slowly disappearing 🤯 the hair is so light! I’m not a fan of drawn on eyebrows. Next time I’m at my Doctor I’ll ask for a prescription! I always had fantastic eye brows too lol if this can help me grow back even a few hairs lol I’d be very grateful 😊

Just an FYI any of you that uses lumigan for your glaucoma you can put a drop of that on your eyebrows and it will work even faster than this stuff because all this stuff is is a half concentrated version of that you're welcome!

Dr Idriss I would love if you did a video on your own skin journey, you are 40 and have no hyperpigmentation in general but like even dark spots and dark circles under the eyes and no sagging or hollowness under the eyes and even forehead and smile lines, your face looks glowy and perfect, HOW?! Please tell us your journey so we know what to do in the course of our lives as well!!! ❤

I have also had success using my NIRA device to regrow my eyebrows. It has taken probably 8 months, but my over-plucked eyebrows now look full and healthy. The NIRA has also lessened the lines of my crows feet and my 11 lines (my WTF lines 😂).

Can you give recommendations for products you recommend for each?

As an alternative to retinol try Bakuchiol 1-2%. It has been shown in studies to have similar effects but is less irritating for sensitive skin.

1) I use Jamaican black castor oil on my brows, and it works to regrow (I was a bit mind blown by this).
2) Stopping gluten stopped my chicken skin all over (I had some on my legs, too)

(My experience, results may vary on you, I guess 😉).❤

You don't need latisse...use cold pressed organic castor oil for eye brows, hair and eye lashes

Can you make a video on hormonal acne for 40+ year women (never had pimples as a teenager and now 😔)? Thank you.
