does not matter--cop loses it and now will lose his job and will be facing criminal action against him--just don't hit her--there was zero threat to the cop, zero--let her yell, back off--so what if she does not comply, she is not a threat--i watched a inyo county deputy deal with a woman with a baby doing the same thing--the cop was very patient --the cop was a saint, let her rant and rave and then she gave up the baby to a female deputy--if you use physical violence against a person who is not a threat your toast

2. She was drunk like every other adult in that vehicle
3. If you had watched the original bodycam video, you would see the officers asked many times with plenty of patience to hand the children over.
