Clear self defense. In Ohio if this was a citizen vs citizen. It would be self defense. Probably wouldn’t even go to trial.

She needs to go to jail for this. She could have used mace and or her taser gun. I am pro police but bad officers who make poor decisions like this one give others a bad name. She could have called for back up and just stood by as it clearly shows he would have just gone back to his sleeping area.

Back up shows up and they can arrest him. She chose to shoot a un-armed man.

Maaan i kno he was assaulting her but her level of force wasn’t appropriate response for that. Ya can’t just take ya gun out for that when ya have a baton, pepper spray, and taser at your disposable. DOJ needs to prosecute this in my opinion bc once he stopped assaulting her she had time to gather her thoughts and use a non lethal method.
