Back in my college days, I used to live on the following: homemade beeferoni, beef and chicken vegetable soup, and tuna sandwiches. I used to put hard-boiled eggs in my tuna so that I could get more sandwiches!

You could replace a bit of the mayo for greek yogourt if u want to reduce the amount of mayo but still have the creaminess
