So love the point about it’s better The next day! My husband always thinks that food is best eaten right after it’s finished cooking. For years I have explained to him that some things are actually better the next day. He will say I think this is better than it was yesterday, but he doesn’t seem to make the connection that it actually is better because it’s had time for the flavors to blend together overnight.
