If you have a CSV file that has some really long numbers in it, when you import it into excel those numbers get changed into scientific notation. If you don't want that, you can watch this video to see how to get the original data

Thank you so much, you are really an angel sent for me . Since yesterday I was trying all the permutations combinations to import the data correctly but it was not happening . Glad that it worked for someone. But in my case, as commented below, once I saved the file as *.CSV, I closed it and reopened - the data still displayed as exponential (e+...)...
Could you please advise on this. What could be the reason ? Thank you.
