thanks for the tip on adding weight plates to dumbells. I try looking for used 45lbs dumbells for a while and came across your video about adding weight plates. Never thought that existed.

Love your channel. Thanks for keeping it real. You’re what GGR used to be before getting too big and producing content for sponsors that most of us won’t use.

So happy to hear someone counter buy once cry once. Just made it through the year long grind of marketplace flipping to actually profit while acquiring awesome equipment.

I’m about to pull the trigger on buying a REP Ares & PR 5000 30 inch power rack combo (largely thanks to your recommendations) but a bit confusing to figure out what other brands’ attachments will fit well (or even at all) with that rack because of the small differences in sizes and spacing of the posts and holes. Think I have to give this video another watch (especially that part where you explained it), but curious if you have another video where you go over the compatibility of the REP rack with other brands’ products in even more detail that you can link in a response to me here?

Looking forward to filming many of my future videos using the new rack, and will be sure to use your affiliate links wherever I can to help support your channel as I know how much that helps. Will be sure to give you a little shoutout in one of my future videos as well for all your helpful videos in giving me the info I needed to get the new equipment I’m adding to my home gym/filming studio. Keep up the great work, loving your videos!!! 💪

Best video about holes I've seen in a while.

Great info here. I didn't realize different brand bolt on rack attachments were compatible because of the different measurement systems. Good to know! Thanks for this!

Hey Gluck, great video! Super helpful as I build out my home gym. I'd be curious about your opinion on having a squat rack on stall mats vs a wooden platform (as you have both)? Thanks for the videos!

Similar to the adapters for rack attachments, they also make spacers that let you use 3x3 rack attachments on 2x3, 2x2, and 2.3x2.3/60mmx60mm

Same ppl that make the adapters- KazenDIY and F&F steel

Takes me 15-25minutes to drive to the gym give or take depending on traffic - then another 5-10 minutes for parking and walking into the gym. Now multiply by 2 for driving home. I could have finished working out at home within that time frame. This is the number one reason I like home gym. If im lazy to drive out, i have no excuse when it takes me a few steps to get to my home equipment.
