17-Year-Old Girl Attacked While Jogging On Culver City Bike Path

Kandiss Crone reports from Culver City where Saturday morning a man on a bike, following a teenager girl running, struck her in the head with an unknown object. The girl was taken to the hospital with serious injury. The attacker got away.

What is the very vague description mentioned here? Note that in this case the victim was aware of her surroundings, and that she was being followed. Hard to see what good having her cell phone on her would have done, except to maybe get it stolen as well. Likely this guy will be a repeat offender out on parole, bail, or early release of some sort.

Homeless people who commit crimes should automatically volunteer to be front-line firefighters in the wild forest fires because throwing the homeless in jail would be an upgrade for them. (free food and roof over their head)
