Thanks for this video Marat. I have always had trouble figuring out how to answer this question properly because I thought weaknesses was a personality trait and a strength in disguise. Whenever I am interviewing a candidate, I always ask this question. What I am really looking for is whether the candidate's flaws are deal breakers that will impede the candidate's possibility to be a valuable addition to my department and company. At the same time I am definitely interested in what steps the candidate is taking to work on his flaws. This gives me valuable insight into the candidate's resilience and response to challenges. Above all, I am interested if the candidate is honest! I have a zero tolerance policy to any dishonesty in my subordinates and if the candidate is dishonest during the interview, I know there is no reason to continue with the hiring process.
