That's so me on #1. When I have projects I tend to say yes to everyone and they end up expecting/assuming further involvement.

My "unrelenting standards that I set for myself" both work and personal life- I like to super-organised and be ready for all situation. However I have learned to let go on some of the unrelenting possibly unachieveable standards I set, and be more realistic, - I am trying to work on that! (2) "hesitant to taking risks- apply in both work and personal life"

Number 4 for me. Whilst having an eye for detail can be a strength it can be a hinderance too. Great advice! Can you also provide examples for communicating ways that these have been addressed. Many thanks

Hi Richard
I can't thank you enough
I have 2 job interviews next week and I'm having a hard time preparing.
But thanks to you, I motivated myself and reduced my stress.
I feel much more ready now.

I have a question for you

How do you think it would be like to give short and striking answers to some questions?
E.g
Why we should hire you?
- Because I offer you more than an position employee. ( And maybe 1 sentence too)
(I will also have supported what I said in previous conversations)
What do you think about this subject ?

Thank you for everything...

Thank you so much Richard, this is very helpful. I think if asked this question I would go with tip number
“ My greatest weakness is my ability to say No”
I wouldn’t have known how to express it without your help, yet it’s so true about me😄
