Thank you so much for this video! i have been getting lots of interviews but landing the jobs and realized i need to change my interview style. Clearly on paper im good enough for an interview, but when i get on the phone or video interview i get a little to nervous as much as i prepare and always get tounge tied with this question. LOVE the answer and thank you for such a great example!

That actually is my greatest weakness.

That and I'm super strong in customer service and get frustrated when others do half hearted jobs, or don't show interest in learning more so they can do a better job, seemingly not caring about getting things right for a customer or being able to give great customer service.

I do have weakness that is a match for the job because this is part of my disability, as I struggle to do some tasks because my speech is not clear, and it can take me longer to understand how to do some things, I have not had the experience in the area so I want to try and improve in this area.

I now know how to answer this question in the past, as in the past I never been told to not pick a weakness that is a match for the job. I always been told no matter what you weaknesses is turn it into a positive whether or not is in the job description.

Thanks for the video. I think you'd have to be careful with answer No1 that it didn't sound to the interviewer like you were trying to take a 'positive; aspects and make it sound like a negative (I just work too hard sometimes)?
