LIVE: Outside Pennsylvania court after UnitedHealthcare CEO killing suspect’s hearing

AP is live outside a court in Pennsylvania after Luigi Nicholas Mangione, the suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, contested his extradition back to New York at a hearing Tuesday.

Manhattan prosecutors have charged him with murder and obtained an arrest warrant, a step that could help expedite his extradition from Pennsylvania. Mangione is being held without bail on charges of possession of an unlicensed firearm, forgery and providing false identification to police.
