Should always start with the simple possible causes first.
Video didn't even mention checking remote batteries. And what about the electronic eye near the floor on either side of door opening? It is very common to have something blocking one of these sensors, it being bumped out of alignment or covered with dirt and spiderwebs. I'd check and eliminate the easy causes before moving on to the harder ones, especially before climbing a ladder.

Hi, my garage door opener unit doesn't work. The light on ceiling unit doesn't turn on. The lock isn't turned on the keypad. I clicked on buttons on the ceiling opener unit and it still doesn’t work. The ekectric power switch box shows it is getting power. I cleaned the sensors, which dont show a green light. Can anyone help me with suggestions?
