00:00 Notion Task Manager Build
9:58 Notion Task Manager Walkthrough

Learn how to build a Notion Task Management System from Scratch. This Notion Task Manager template is built to make organising your Tasks, Projects and Calendar seamlessly.

Many solutions require multiple apps to handle tasks, projects management and calendar organisation, but Notion allows you to handle everything in the one workspace.

Not only that, I've created this walkthrough tutorial on how to create a Notion Task Management System that requires only 1 page. Many other Notion templates would have 1 page for your tasks, 1 page for your projects and 1 page for your calendar. This is messy and unefficient.

In this Notion tutorial, we bring today the Notion Calendar, task list and project database; into 1 seamless digital workspace that handles everything. The best thing, it only takes 10 minutes to create! No confusing database settings, unnecessary clutter or distracting Notion widgets. Everything is made to be simple, easy to use and genuinely help you to be more productive.

I didn’t watch the entire video. But I have some feedback because even I work in the content creation space and I understand how valuable audience pov can be.

I opened the video because it’s shorter than the other videos but the video is not earning my trust right at the beginning. Since, it’s shorter than the others, I’m already sceptical if this system will fit my needs. A sneak peek into what the final system is going to look like would’ve helped but not getting that simply makes want to close this video and move to another.

Great Video! Could you set this up for each "client" then have a master dashboard showing all the different tasks and projects for multiple clients? Thanks for the help!

I have a question, hope it will be answered. I did the whole thing which is wonderful! Thank you! I have a project outside of All Tasks. I want to add label with the name of Task Projects and so the Task Project will pull it from there and add it to the list and the calendar. How do I do it?

Really a great video!!!
How can I make a project page also show in private as a page and link together?

The tutorial is great. But maybe in the next ones, you could not use so much zoom-in/zoom-out every couple of seconds. It makes it dificult to follow. Not the opposite.

if i am using sub tasks too, and i associate a parent task to a project, how can i make an automation that the sub-tasks will also be associated with the same project??
and thank you for the amazing video!

I have one question. When you store projects in another database, there is an option to change their status to completed or archived for a better filtering possibility. But is there any option to hide archived projects in the list in the task database when adding a new task? After a few months, there are so many projects that it's difficult to find the right one.

It's both! Uncomplete and Incomplete are the same. Though I sometimes see the distinction is that "Uncomplete" means that it will get completed soon, while "Incomplete" means that it will never be finished.
