I personally take medication not only because I used to be 70+ kilos I’m at 60 kilos now and my goal is to be at 55, reason why I also got the medicine is because I have zero control with food intake I can’t stop eating and I eat my feelings up, whenever I’m stressed etc I always find comfort in food and it’s been destroying me so taking this medicine has helped to regulate my appetite levels so I don’t eat so much and crave much food at the same time I went down few kilos every month, it made me very happy because I could still eat sometimes but I didn’t always eat as much as I used to so I was never obese just little overweight and idk why people get so pissed about it personally I get so insecure when I’m chubby or overweight little bit..

I thought the before was the after and I was like wow she looks super good. Idk some people look good no matter what! But I know it’s not just about “looking good.” My weight gain caused me to have knee problems. I can’t run like I used to :(

If you're out there losing weight the right way... Being in a calorie deficit, hitting your protein needs, exercising, prioritizing sleep... If you're out there doing that and your results seem invisible or too slow... Keep at it!! Don't fall for this trap.

The small decisions you make day in, day out to better yourself that are monotonous and boring are going to add up big time! Let's see you in five years... Hell even in one year! Then let's side by side ozempic users in five years (ten, fifty...) and see what is better for lifetime health.

What happens after she gets off it tho.. all the drug does is kill the cravings and desire to eat, therefore a person is simply on a calorie deficit diet..
The problem with drugs is when you get off you don’t know how to maintain because the root problem of overeating was never addressed
