In an attempt to boost Russia’s faltering economy, President Putin announced that from Friday April 1, “unfriendly” Western countries “must open ruble accounts in Russian banks” to buy gas.

Yes but where is the part when he says that during last month Europe paid Russian contracts with euro and then frozen those payments in their banks? They’ve basically stolen Russian gas. I saw the entire interview and he said that publicly. Why you are choosing what to show and what to not to?
