Russia's president Vladimir Putin has accused the West of trying to cancel his nation's culture.
He criticised organisations boycotting Russian artists, over the invasion of Ukraine.

Why does "Al-Jazeera" have a YouTube note attached to its clips saying: "Al-Jazeera is funded in whole or in part by the Qatari governmet", while a channel like DW, which is also "funded in whole or in part by German government" is described by YouTube note: "DW is a pulic service broadcaster"?
This is a clear bias by YouTube.
