Doesn't look quite right, neither does the 22k version. i think perhaps it is the high number of single strands being so prominent. Real hair is slightly oily naturally and clings to other hairs to form locks. This hair, although the colour and tone is right does not cling together like ordinary hair. If you looked at the long hair on a teenage boy who was not mad keen on washing it every day you would see the normal look I am straining to describe.

This is not to take anything away from the attempt by Tarkan - well done - but are you yourself satisfied? Is this photorealistic?

Tarkan, this is really awesome. I have some questions for you:

1. did you use xgen to generate the curves to be used in hairworks? (I guess hairworks grooming tools are good?)

2. does hair works use capsules for collision? just like for cloth in UE?

Pretty neat looking, too bad Google's compression artifacts ruin the effect. Need a high bit-rate version of this hosted somewhere.
