If u don't have cream cheese you can also melt white chocolate and add it as the frosting ! It tastes rlly good

I only have pink food coloring so I guess is pink velvet

Ingredients:
3tbsp milk
½tsp lemon juice
4tbsp plain flour
2tbsp granulated sugar
¾tsp cocoa powder
¼tsp baking powder
1½tbsp vegetable oil
Red food colouring
30g white chocolate chips (optional)
Cream cheese icing (optional)
Icing sugar for dusting

1) Whisk together the milk and lemon juice in a mug.

2) Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vegetable oil and a dash of red food colouring and mix until smooth.

3) Add the white chocolate chips and stir them in (optional).

4) Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.

5) Add the cream cheese icing to the top (optional).

6) Dust with icing sugar.

7) Enjoy!

The texture of this cake is amazing! But flavour wise, it's quite bland. Really needs a pinch if salt.

It did not work followe it well did everything right was stuff and to moist in some oart

It didn't have a whole lot of flavor i would recommend tweaking this to your liking if you make it 🫶
