Just for any confused folks- This is a rice ball/ onigiri made with umeboshi- a preserved salted plum, and rice mixed together, shaped, and wrapped in a sheet of nori. I know a lot of people knew what this was already, but this comment is for anyone who was curious! There you go 😊
