One important note. I made donuts 80g each, fried them in the oil at 300F for 4 min on each side.
This way, they will cook inside properly.

hi everyone just wanted to say that since th recipe isnthere, a way of making the cream is cornstarch with equal amounts of water mixed together, put in about a teaspoon of vanilla extract for three spoons of cornstarch, then after miking into a paste, add boiling water and stir for 30-60 seconds straight. At the end, add milk and sugar to your preference. To make chocolate filling, add 2 spoons of pure cocoa/cacao powder BEFORE adding hot water.
Also for Strawberry, AFTER making the custard, add in strawberry jam/concentrate

You can put butter or margarine on the dough also. Yeast helps the dough rise. Put a mixture of little amount for both salt and sugar. Mixed dough with eggs in the water with all the above.

The tool is called a injector for those who forgot which happened to me this day of my comment. This tool helps the cook to not cut the donut in half to store the fillings without doing that.
