What if Captain Hook was a former lost boy who grew up on Neverland? Instead of the crocodile taking his hand, what if he lost when Peter tried cull/kill him after he got too old? It was then that he took over as captain Hook and he is trying to stop Peter before he can kidnap or kill anymore and he is actually trying to save Wendy and her brothers from Peter as he is the true villain? Also all the rest of his crew are all lost boys who he saved from Pan, which is why they are not kidnapping them again but rather trying to save them from the cult of Peter Pan.
