How to make
1. Put vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix to dissolve thoroughly.
2. Add the vinegar to the rice and mix as if cutting the rice.
3. Prepare a mug and vinyl, and use scissors to cut a corner of the vinyl to about 1cm.
4. Set the vinyl in the mug and add the natto.
5. Divide the rice into 70g portions.
6. Place the seaweed in the center of the makisu with the thread facing up.
7. Avoid placing rice 2cm above and 1cm below the seaweed.
8. Wet your hands with water, place the rice in the middle, and spread it from side to side.
9. Put your finger in the middle and spread it thinly towards the bottom.
10. Do not stretch the top half.
11. Hold the bottom of the seaweed and roll it so that the bottom of the seaweed matches the higher part of the rice.
