21 Pull Ups

New record at 225lbs bodyweight. Admittedly a little bit short of full extension on a few reps. The pull ups were done on finger trainer board by Metolius used for rock climbing training. On the pull up grip it allows you to slightly externally rotate the hands which feels a little more natural. I also feel that it is easier to get more reps/ weight when the bar is at a height where the legs can totally straighten.

That was pretty solid. Nice job. I searched "21 pull-ups" because i hit that two days ago. But I don't have as much to move as you do! I'm 185/5'10" but I'm 57. There is no end to glory!

Poor form about half way the through. A pull up without scapular retraction, that isn't chest-to-bar, is incomplete.
