Seemed a little light on the strategy part. What if I never had anything in writing, am I hosed?

Maybe you should create a video for 'the employee' and give the employee some strong strategies to utilize going into a Labor Board Hearing. In my opinion, there are always two sides to every story and if you are only going to give the side of 'the employer', you are potentially losing a huge audience of followers. The Labor Board is 'PRO-EMPLOYEE' just like 'HR' at any given Company is 'PRO-EMPLOYER'. Additionally, you said it yourself in this video, that there have been an extremely high volume of Labor Board Claims against Employers in 2018. I am sure that it is only going to rise in number throughout 2019, as more and more employees gain knowledge about their rights as an employee through the Labor Board. But what do I know, I am just a citizen of the US who has done her research and who knows her rights. Thanks for the awakening! Good luck!
