Labor's priorities are 'wrong' and 'frankly dangerous': Peter Dutton

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton discussed Labor’s weak defence strategies in his budget reply address.

“Labor’s priorities are clearly wrong and frankly dangerous,” Mr Dutton said.

“The government has announced an additional 36,000 public servants in this budget costing Australian taxpayers $24 billion over 4 years.

“The coalition sees areas like defence as much more a priority than office staff in Canberra, given the precarious times in which we live and threats in our region."
