I ran some updates that my laptop was prompting me to do. After the updates were installed my windows start menu would not work. I called customer support for my Lenovo laptop and they were completely useless. Horrible attitude and an unwillingness to work. I googled the issue, found this 2 and a half minute video and solved the issue. For a computer dud like me, this couldn't have been more easier. Thank you so much!!
