Ayoo hear me out, it happened to me that I did everything, I even uninstalled the launcher, I logged out about 83728347 times, and nothing happened, it kept saying that I couldn't play multiplayer because of the Microsoft account settings. Well, after spending all day on the pc I went to sleep and... it was fixed! It seems you have to wait for your account to update with the parameters you are allowing, so yeah, just wait
