I'm trying to get Forge versions but none of them open when I open them with the Java SE binary program. When I check the error report, it says that it was closed because it wasn't responding.

Tried to update everything and did some of my own troubleshooting. It started without me having to open the task manager every time when i went to the launcher settings and clicked the box for the launcher to stay open when minecraft is running

well, it still just works TEMPORARILY for me even though i update java all the time. I have to do this every. single. damn. time. and it is annoying the hell outta me. Do you guys know any solutions? It works but i have to end the task every time.

I only get this problem when trying to launch minecraft in steams big picture mode. I wanted to play with controller. It works in regular steam tho. Can anyone help?
