That's some solid carnage🤙 wish I could post a picture of this 2010 audi s5 4.2 that came in our shop about a month ago. Either wrist pin failure or the rod failed at the pin on both rear cylinders and the pistons turned sideways in the bore and kept running. It was towed in for "noise" and "no power". I put a borescope down each plug hole and was blown away when I saw it. The fact it kept being able to crank and run was insane to me. 2 of 8 rods broke and were whipping around in there for who knows how long before they knew they had a real problem. I dunno if it sounds as crazy to you as it does to me but I've seen some pretty odd failures that leave you wondering how things got like that...
