Ok, you earned a new subscriber! I was in tears when going down the pathways of my garden, while looking and admiring all of my life stages per corner 😢. I plan to retrain my brain, as I have been battling severe anxiety/ agoraphobia. I am a mother of five with a wonderful new baby and postpartum has been very tough and mind altering to say the least. I ca not wait to see the positive changes by being kind to myself and utilizing this wonderful guided meditation when feelings of distress come on❤ 🙏🏽

What a fantastic synchronicity and a blessing when this came up on my feed. My garden is chronically neglected and has been for a great many years, which is probably why I am suffering with a very painful fibromyalgia flare up and a job redundancy. I had been so busy trying too hard I had forgotten who I was and how to care for myself. This meditation has been a fantastic relief in every sense, prompting an awareness of and caring towards my own personal garden.
