Hi I am not sure if it is a virus but whenever I click on the Change button it hangs.

I cant also remove the Get Help feom powershell cause the Get Help of tge powershell pops up.

Basically my Get Help pops up every half a second and I cannot use my computer anymore. It opens my browser and pops up the Get Help and I cannot even save a notepad file because the Get Help prevents me from typing anything.

If you could help me, it would mean a lot. Thank you
