My biological is 10th are younger than chrono 😅and I don’t really eat meat. Run 30km per week and also stay away from fried foods and soft drinks .. not to live longer but to die with no disease

Nobody can control / ascertain our lifespan. The 2 dates of birth & death is in God’s hands. What we can do is to live as healthily as possible by managing our diet, exercises (physical & mental), stress & sleep. A healthy body is not only a personal plus point but it means we will be less burdensome to our loved ones who would be our care givers during our infirm years or when we succumb to dreadful diseases. Even then nobody can know for sure that dreadful diseases such as cancer, dementia & Alzheimer etc will not hit us.
