3 egg whites & 1 egg
3 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp salted butter
1 cup green onions
1 tsp salt

So I tried this recipe, followed the recipe, except I used Uncle Ben's jasmine ready rice. When I tell you this fried rice was boss, it complimented the Chinese fried chicken perfectly; I did mine in the air fryer. Delicious!!!

If I pre cook the rice hours before and put it in the fridge would that work for this recipe? And how many cloves of garlic should be minced?
