How To Cook Garlic Butter Fried Rice

Whenever we get about a bowlful of leftover rice, I usually fry it in a lot of garlic. Sometimes, I use margarine, olive oil, palm oil, or even used oil from frying dried fish (tuyo) or smoked fish (tinapa). This is how I do it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
butter, margarine, or oil
minced garlic
leftover rice

Instructions:
Saute garlic in butter over low heat.
Add rice and stir fry over medium heat until the rice heats up and everything is mixed well.
