Women can be very narcissistic as well. I had a best friend that was so narcissistic and manipulative i find her to be the most narcissistic ive ever met. They literally use everything of and withon their vessel to abuse their victim. I cant say im a victim with being surrounded by narcissistic family, lovers and friends because now im a narcissists worst nightmare when one now crosses me i definitely call them out. Im a heyoka empath and thats what ive drawn to me throughout life since childhood for all their emotions projected onto me but i larned how to transmute that energy for the better and for lssons to learn from. I understand life comes with purpose as do the people we cross pths with. Even had a sister in law try telling me how to manipulate men and that triggered me with disgust. And thats another thing i learned on how that gets transfered generation to generation and im putting a stop to that in my own bloodline. So many people in the world are more narcissistic than others realize because sometimes theyre hard to identify with how well they manipulate. Truly an eerie thing to experience from others but it can teach us so much for our future in protecting ourselves.
