They could make the Cardiff - Manchester & Holyhead even faster by utilizing the speed potential of the 67s and Mark 4s - the 67 will do 125 mph & the Mark 4 will run at 140

What about Wickford station and Basildon station in Essex. Especially a new station building to be built at Wickford and to reconstruct the missing platform on platform 2 at Basildon.
